What is the Yummy Mummy 5 Week program?
This program has been designed as a holistic program in which to help guide mumma’s with super simple exercises to strengthen their body post bub ( I look at having children as the most physically demanding role most women will ever play – therefore it makes sense that you train your body to be strong and energized so as to avoid injury).
This program is for any mumma who feels she has a weak core, glutes or back. Or who simply wants to become fitter so that she has more energy to do the things she loves.
This program has been designed not to get you back to your post baby body – but to help you strengthen and embrace your new beautiful, capable, amazing body that has produced life.
Face to face training sessions are Monday and Friday 9:15am (there are also 9:15am Tuesday/ Thursday gym options please ask for further details). Children are welcome but please get in touch with Sarah first.
You receive an at home workout program, which is so simple you won’t believe it is actually that easy to workout and feel great!
You receive regular healthy snack and meal ideas that even that kids will love!
