I absolutely love going to Range of Motion! Sarah is a fabulous trainer who is very encouraging and motivating. I have never enjoyed exercise as much as I do now and I love that I am constantly challenged each time. You do an amazing job Sarah and I always look forward to each class, (especially boxing). I’ve never really enjoyed working out in a group setting, but all the ladies in this group awesome and I no longer feel embarrassed to workout in front of others. I would absolutely recommend Range of Motion to all the ladies, you’ll become addicted like me!

ROMFIT is by far the best ladies only group fitness training. I have just completed the 12 week challenge and not only got the results I wanted but also feel so much better mentally. My productivity and energy has gone through the roof! I was looking for somewhere local to restart my fitness journey. ROMFIT allows me to choose the classes that fit in with my busy family schedule. First it was just a fun way of staying active, but then I noticed I had more energy, my fitness level increased, I am leaner and stronger and more positive about reaching my goals personally and professionally – it’s a real confidence booster! Sarah, Amy and the ROMFIT girls are helping me transform into the best version of myself.
I am currently 3 weeks into my 12 week Challenge and I am noticing the changes in my body already!! But the best part is I feel sooo good!! At first the meal plan looked quite daunting and week 1 was tough.. but the more I got into the swing of things it became easier and my mood and energy levels have sky rocketed.The sessions are high intensity fat burning workouts and most importantly so much fun! I am loving the variety of the workouts as well! Cannot wait to see where I will be at week 12!! Thank you Sarah, Amy and all the ROMFIT babes for the continuing support!!
Sarah has got me addicted!!! My friends and I travel 30mins to get to her for a 5.45 session because shes honestly the best and most supportive person and PT we’ve ever come across. Her workouts are always new and different and I feel so much healthier after only a couple of weeks! The workouts are made to include people of any fitness level too! All the girls involved are brilliant and supportive and theres absolutely no judgement in the ROM family!
