We cover all the major compound lifts. This is a change of pace to HIIT and METAFIT and compliments these sessions perfectly.

Strength training is the NUMBER ONE way to increase muscle mass and help shed fat to create that toned look. This type of training will get you CONFIDENT and COMFORTABLE exercising in a gym environment.

Class runs for 45min and is suitable for all levels.
