High Intensity Interval Training. Think F45.

HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods.  Interestingly, it is the most time-efficient way to exercise whilst boosting cardiovasular fitness and endurance.  The class utilises weights to speed up FAT BURN.

Class runs 45mins and is suitable for all levels.
