After 3 c-sections in 3 years I thought there was no hope for my body, confidence or even just liking who I saw in the mirror. I’ve been training with Sarah for over 6 months and just completed an 8 week challenge. If it wasn’t for the amazing work and passion Sarah put into her job training, educating and inspiring us I wouldn’t have been able to get myself out of another dead-end. I am so happy and proud of my accomplishments of losing 4kg, cms off my body, toning and strengthening my core and feeling confident in my own skin again! I am so grateful for everything Sarah has done for me and shown me how to take control to make the best choices for me! Couldn’t recommend Sarah enough!!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! So down to earth & very helpful. I have been doing the Romfit 8 week challenge for the last 7 weeks, 1 week to go! 💪 The results I've seen have been spectacular! I have lost roughly 4kg, which is ALOT for me. I can see & feel such a difference in myself and how clothes are fitting and getting compliments wherever I go, on how good I am looking. So I am stoked. I have loved the workouts, they have been challenging & I have pretty much seen and felt instant results. The meal plan was very easy to follow, and it contained a variety of foods to keep things interesting 😊 I would highly recommend Sarah, She definitely knows what she is doing 👌💕

Sarah is an amazing trainer. I’ve come to her in a rough time in my life but all that disappears when I’m training. She pushes me to do my best and be my best and to work harder for what I want. I always feel so good after my sessions. Couldn’t ask for a better PT✨✨

Sarah is an amazing trainer. Well educated and knows her stuff! Always listens and adjusts your workouts to best suit you. I’m currently pregnant and still training twice a week, as I know I’m in safe hands. Sarah’s always very encouraging, supportive and knows just how hard to push you. Highly recommended!

I have been working out with Sarah for about 4 months now and am absolutely loving it! I love the challenge of the small PT sessions and fun vibe that surrounds the classes! This week marks the end my first 3 month challenge with Romfit! Sarah is a great trainer and has motivated me to get back into working out after a two year hiatus. Not only are our one on one sessions fantastic but the group sessions are ones to always look forward to- with a comfortable atmosphere and always smiley faces ! Highly recommend Sarah (...and the use of her torturous booty bands..) xxx
